Responsible for the Development, Management, and Retention of Starr Global Network Partners for the growth of Starr's global network partner business

Roles & Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development & management of Starr Global Network Partner.Identify, develop, and manage network partnerships in each partner country.Maintenance of Starr Global Network Partnership Agreements and other partner network business documentsAssist in the appointment of a new partner from solicitation to agreement execution & maintenance.Develop partner network business solutions and processes in support of new business opportunities from Starr offices and profit centers globally.Support business cooperations and represent Starr Global Solutions team for the development of partner network business, where necessaryMonitoring and management of Service Level (SLAs) standards & performance by each network partner, help educate network partners on SLAs, policies, collection, remittances & business practices for regulatory compliance.Communicate best practices across the network countries as well as new processes improvements as they pertain to global partner network.Required EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent education

Preferred Education SpecificsDegree in Economics, Marketing or Business

CPCU, ARe, ARM or other professional insurance designation a plus

Preferred Work Experience

A min of 1-3 years of Multinational business experience in a relevant industryand/or capacity

A min of 1-3 years Commercial insurance experience in either Underwriting,Product Management or Claims

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Starr Insurance Companies is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets: experience and training: licensure and certifications: and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 to $115,000.
