Job DescriptionWe are seeking an ASP.NET full stack developer that will be responsible for the development of new applications, along with refactoring existing C# Web and Windows Forms applications that communicate with Global SAP ERP infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will be to take existing user stories and follow the software development life cycle (SDLC) process to: design, develop, test, and release software applications that meet the needs of the Philips Ultrasound Factory Automation Supply Chain. You will be collaborating with local software engineers as well as offshore teams, focused on delivering end-user facing applications. For this role, collaborative problem solving and producing quality product is essential.

Responsibilitieso Translate application use cases, existing backlog, and requirements into functional/released applicationso Quickly come up to speed and refactor existing .NET applications to incorporate Web API and WCF serviceso rchitect, develop, test, and release C# applications within the complete software development life cycleo Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationso Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problemso Write and execute unit test scripts on developed applications prior to releaseo Help maintain code quality, organization, and automationo Write documentation and validation protocols that meet regulatory standards and templates

Skillso 2-5 years on the job experience in software development using the latest Microsoft ASP .NET Technologies and relational databases including SQL Servero Excellent programming skills using C#, MVC 5 and SQL servero Experience in various API architectures including REST and SOAP web serviceso Proficient in Web programming languages including: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQueryo Experience in object-oriented software, web, and Windows Forms development, distributed database design for high performance, and concurrent usageo Experience in automated unit/UI testing, scripting, continuous integrationo Experience in writing documentation, preferred experience in a quality-controlled environment i.e., FDAo Experience in Microsoft Infrastructure and Versioning Tools - IIS, Windows Server, Azure, Visual Studio, Git, and Team Foundation Version Controlo Knowledge in Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) Serviceso Demonstrated experience in integration of hardware and software toolso Knowledge of design patterns and coding best practices for scalabilityo Candidate with bachelor's degree in CS, EE or related disciplines with multiple years of relevant work experiencePreferred skillso dditional web-based programming languages: XML, XSLT stylesheets, Bootstrapo dditional JavaScript libraries: React, AngularJS, jQueryo Understanding of SAP interfaces including: RFC's, BAPI's, and Web Serviceso Experience with Manufacturing Execution software, ex.
