Our mission is to provide organization with exceptional talent while advocating for diverse and underrepresented groups through data-driven insights.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, architecting, and implementing cloud solutions, particularly in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.This is a multi-year contract assignment 100% remote. Candidates MUST be located in either the CST or EST time zones.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the migration of applications and workloads from AWS and other cloud environments to GCP, ensuring improved efficiency, performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.- Design and implement applications migration strategies from AWS EKS to Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) clusters, optimizing performance and reducing operational costs.- Conduct comprehensive GCP assessments to estimate costs and facilitate strategic planning, including datacenter exits and cost-saving initiatives.- Utilize Terraform, PowerShell, and Ansible for infrastructure provisioning automation and configuration management.- Perform Cloud Assessment and Strategy for migrating existing AWS environments to GCP.- Re-architect applications to align with GCP services and best practices.- Design and configure network architecture in GCP, including VPC, subnets, VPN, and interconnect options.- Develop end-to-end automation solutions, integrating tools like GitHub, Bamboo, Maven, SonarQube, and Artifactory.- Implement FinOps best practices to achieve substantial savings and optimal resource utilization.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Technology.- Minimum 8 years of expertise as a GCP Cloud Architect.- Strong skills in AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Computing, Cloud Security, IAM, Lambda, and related technologies.- Proficiency in CloudFormation, EKS, AKS, GKE, Shell Scripting, PowerShell, Python, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and related tools.- Experience in database technologies like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Mongo DB, NoSQL.- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.- Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field.-

Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect certification is a must.- Additional certifications like Cloud Digital Leader, Associate Cloud Engineer are desirable.Compensation
