We are seeking

Technical Support

resources to support customer environment operations. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where strong task ownership and drive can generate tremendous results and recognition. pply current technologies to the design, development, evaluation and integration of computer information systems and networks to maintain system securityTravelling to support hardware deployments up to 40 percent of the timeCoordinate with multiple key stakeholders to facilitate the deployment and installation of server hardware across the United StatesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of servers into existing infrastructureInvolved in a wide range of issues including secure architectures, network security, information security and privacyResponsible for ensuring the protection of client data against unauthorized disclosure, accidental or intentional loss of data, or unauthorized modificationProviding status of work in progress, material availability, and potential delivery problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as neededContribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting enhancements to deployment processes and methodologiesOther duties as assigned and required.Required Skills:

Experience and/or familiarity with one or more of the following: Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Microsoft Windows, KVM, SharePoint, Citrix, COTS Security DevicesExperience installing, maintaining, and configuring operating systems, applications, and systemsExperience and/or familiarity with the following network protection devices: Firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), log analysis, malware analysis, network traffic flow and packet analysisKnowledge and understanding of operating systems, networks and servicesManage changes to systems and assesses the security impact of those changesExperience and/or familiarity with one or more of the following: TCP/IP, Cisco switches and routers, firewalls, tapsbility to work independently on a multitude of assigned tasksExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Strong team playerProficiency with MS Office ApplicationsMust be able to work collaboratively across agencies and physical locationsDesired Skills:

dvanced experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019.Experience developing and maintaining Technical Documentation and instructions.Must have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.bility to work well both independently and in a team environment as needed.Desired Certifications
