Qualifications
Must-haves:2+ years of software development experience and building analytics capabilitiesStrong desire and 2+ years of experience working directly with a trading desk (fixed income, FX, equities, or commodities)Business-focused mindsetExceptional communication skillsStellar CS educational backgroundAbility to come to the New York office 3 times a weekPluses
Knowledge of US stock options trading protocols, regulations, etcProject leadership experienceExperience with Java-stack developmentStrong knowledge of Python

This is a hybrid position. You will work from our NYC office 3 times a week.
