Job Title: Desk Side Support

Description & Requirement:
Provide Deskside Support including general computer hardware and software troubleshootingRequest, enable and setup accounts and access for new usersInstall standard image for new and re-image systemsConfigure (hardware, software) client computers prior to installationMaintain and troubleshooting local Zebra and HP printers and handheld scannersReceive and organize asset inventoryDeliver/Install AssetsTerminate, dispose of, relocate assets as neededProvide IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) services for all desktops, laptops, and other related devicesProvide technical assistance during install/conversion as requested for in-house and remote users.Manage IT Ticket Queue of requests to meet the SLA requirementCoordinate with next Level support for any open issuesTier 1 support for Network/LAN/Telephony2+ years desk side support experience preferredGood communication and interpersonal skills to work with customersA+ Certification preferredUS Citizen or Permanent Resident requiredOn-site support, not remote
