Description

Provide Tier I and 2 onsite IT support to all employees in Medical Office regional practice in the Dallas area. Travel to other locations in other regions will be required for projects.Troubleshoot issues, via remote access tools, provide solutions and confirm there are no outages or system alerts, and if so, initiate escalation protocols and contact appropriate IT staff.Provide onsite IT support for Newport Beach office and occasional onsite support of other locations in California.Log issues in JIRA Help Desk software and update cases or escalate to senior IT members in a timely manner.User Account Management for all computer systems and enterprise applications such as Office365 and Teams, NextGen EHR, EMA, PhreesiaActive Directory Account Management including New Hire/Terminations, Password resets, Modify permissions, access control.Imaging laptops and desktop PCs Window 10 and managing inventory at Dallas Support officeResponsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing all laptops and PCs, desktop, and label printers, Ambir card scanners, VOIP phones, and equipment as needed.Perform Ethernet cable and phone troubleshooting, punch downs, patch panel maintenanceBasic setup and troubleshooting of telephony systems and equipment including VoIP and PBX systems.Document and maintain IT knowledge base
