The RoleThe Digital Marketing Team, within Fidelity Institutional Business Enablement Technology (FIBET), is seeking a skillful, upbeat Systems Analyst. This role requires a self-starter who can champion collaboration and cultivate a close partnership with business and the development teams to help craft and implement solutions on both client and server-side technologies.
The Expertise We're Looking For6+ years of Systems Analysis experienceDemonstrated expertise interviewing and extracting high quality business requirements from business partners using the Agile scrum methodologyConfidence in SQL skillsExcellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills, including strong judgement, issues management and problem analysis techniquesExcellent interpersonal, relationship management and facilitation skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively balance multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detailFinancial services experience is a benefitThe Skills You Bring
