Job Description
What you'll be able to do:Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Manufacturing teams to develop innovative engineering solutions that enable integrated vehicle systems, efficient manufacturing processes, and key styling themesDevelop and prototype concepts that improve product cost, mass, efficiency, manufacturability, serviceability, and user experienceDrive cross functional product architecture trades between vehicle subsystems (interiors, closures, chassis, thermal, powertrain, electrical distribution, etc.) to determine product directionIdentify and resolve geometrical incompatibilities between systems through first principles and concept 3DCollaborate with engineers, designers, technicians, and suppliers to procure and build physical propertiesResponsibilities
The minimum requirements we seek:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent5+ years experience in automotive or related field, EV preferredStrong engineering fundamentals, and ability to apply broadly to vehicle systems and manufacturing processesStrong teamwork and collaboration skills with excellent written and verbal communicationAbility to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environmentCAD proficiency in assembly and part design, FEA, and 2D drawings. Catia and 3D Experience preferredQualifications

Experience designing and releasing mechanical and electromechanical systemsStrong proficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong proficiency in Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA)Strong verbal and written communication
