OBJECTIVE
We are looking for an enthusiastic engineer to join our team and help us build amazing digital products and experiences that further the mission and vision of Passion. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Builds and maintains web and mobile applications, tooling and integrations for Passion, Inc.
Be involved in all aspects of software engineering—playing a critical role in design, planning, deployment, and maintenance of products and new features
Build digital products and experiences using industry standard tools including Vue.js, PHP, and C#
Communicate clearly to technical and non-technical teammates
Collaborate closely with product managers and UI/UX designers
Coordinate with Passion's central teams to ensure best practices and shared resources
Help build, grow, and mentor the software engineering team

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL
Degree in relevant field and 1-2 years of experience
Experienced in front-end technologies + frameworks including JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5 - React, Vue or Angular
Experience with industry standard backend languages like C#, Java, or PHP
Experienced with React / React Native development, Flutter, Xamarin (MAUI) or similar mobile frameworks
Has developed, deployed, and maintained production web or mobile app(s) with daily user engagement
High proficiency with source control including Git
Experienced with front end site performance profiling and tuning, and modern DevOps tooling
Experienced with internal and external API's requesting data and updating application state
Has worked on a software engineering team with agile processes
