As a Software Developer supporting the SAFFIRE program you will work in collaboration with other developers and teams to establish an enterprise SOM and CV tool suite for the IC utilizing COTS, FOSS, and GOTS capabilities. You will collaborate on the integration of capabilities from different systems and be a key voice in the design, development, testing and integration. Perhaps the most rewarding aspect of this program is the frequent user interaction and unsolicited feedback on the value you bring to the mission every single day. We live and breathe the mission right along-side our users.Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:
Demonstrated experience developing with JavaDemonstrated experience developing RESTful APIsDemonstrated experience integrating multiple applicationsExperience designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to mission problemsDemonstrated experience using workflow charts and diagramsDemonstrated experience building scalable solutions to mission problemsDemonstrated experience incorporating knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, and symbolic logicDemonstrated experience writing or contributing to end user instructions or manualsDemonstrated experience assigning, coordinating, and reviewing the work and activities of developer personnelDemonstrated experience using rapid prototyping and Agile based software development methodologiesDemonstrated experience developing innovative analytical solutionsDemonstrated experience using Java-based technologies to develop enterprise systemsDemonstrated research and development experience on the progression of ideas to production systemsDesired Skills:
