The Social Worker (LMSW / LCSW) will be responsible for:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, strengths, and challengesDeveloping and implementing care plans to address clients' needs, coordinating services, and advocating for their rights and access to resourcesParticipating in community organizing, policy advocacy, and raising awareness about social issues.Providing education and preventive interventions on various social issues such as substance abuse, mental health, parenting, and healthy relationshipsMaintaining accurate and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notesPerforming other duties, as neededQualifications:
1+ year of Social Work experienceBachelor's DegreeActive Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Desired Skills:
Experience in co-occurring disorders (ie. Substance Abuse and Mental Illness)
