** Delivery Driver****Job Category****:** Z - Operations **Requisition Number****:** DELIV001520 Showing 1 location **Job Details****Description****Position Summary**Drives non CDL box truck, City Van or Straight Truck delivering materials to and from customer shops and job sites as needed. Also responsible for warehouse responsibilities as needed when not assigned to drive. This position will require you to perform the following duties.* Drives truck to destination providing accurate, timely, courteous service to customer shops or job sites.* Collects signature for goods delivered* Operates truck following all safety policies, laws, maintains safe driving record and notifies supervisor of any violations* Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water* Conducts pre-trip inspections per regulations/policy* Secures load using runners, boards, ratchet straps, chains, binders around items to secure cargo during transit* Assists in loading of truck as needed.* Presents professional images in appearance and behavior with customers, vendors, and co-workers* Accurately verifies items and quantities during delivery.* Assist with warehouse duties as needed which includes: Setting up and operating special purpose machines to fabricate metal roofing and/or HVAC parts to be able to fulfill customer orders**Requirements*** High school diploma or general education degree (GED)* Must have current drivers license with good driving record.* Sheet Metal Fabrication experience preferred.**Qualifications****Skills****Behaviors****:****Motivations****:****Education****Experience****Licenses & Certifications**
