Sales Coordinator, Camp

will be responsible for building relationships with clients and selling the different camp offerings at IMG Academy.

Position Responsibilities

Prospect potential camp customers through daily phone calls, email or other outreach strategies (typically 50 phone calls per day)Prospecting focused on leads that that have expressed interest in IMG Academy offerings.Lead lists to be provided that primarily consist of customers that have opted-in for IMG info via 3rd party partner websites and/or have expressed interest through engagement on IMGA website and email campaignsDemonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas of camp programMaintain an accurate pipeline of prospective business and enrolled businessProperly and effectively use the necessary CRM software to track pipeline, sales, scheduled follow-ups and record of pertinent notes for each customerEducate customers about terminology, features and benefits of camp programsHost prospective customers while on campus to learn about our Camp programsProvide support and cover for other advisors including tours with prospective families, teams, groups and at times language translationsMaintain a thorough knowledge of IMG Academy campusDetermine customer needs and expectations while making expert recommendations to maximize the customer's experienceManage time effectively, meeting personal and company goals and working effectively with other members of the advisor teamAttend regular Sport Advisor team meetings and supporting peers, as neededMaintain close relationship with related departments on campus to ensure proper client transition from sale to participationAdhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codesOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities

Marketing, Sports Marketing, Sports Management or related business majors preferred0-1 years of sales experience preferredGeneral knowledge of sports and athleticsExperience with high-volume cold calling, following up on leads and generating pipelinesExperience with MS OfficeDesire to work collaboratively with colleaguesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detailPreferred Skills

Bilingual.Physical Demands and Work Environment

Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required
