Position: Full stack (React/Spring boot)Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)Duration: Contract or Hire
Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable web applications using React, Spring boot, and SQL.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web development.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in full-stack development.Strong experience with React, Springboot, and SQL.Experience with other front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passion for building high-quality software solutions.
