Maintain all sanitation standards established by the campus.
Pick up debris, empty trash cans, remove spills in a prompt manner, dust racks, doors, lights, etc.Sweep and mop slots, clean restrooms, break-rooms and offices in assigned areas.Clean sanitation equipment, which includes sanitation boxes and mopsRecord all damaged product on a damage control sheet.Sweep and scrub floors, as well as outside areas to help ensure the safety, proper sanitation and efficiency of the distribution centerMaintain equipment daily; topping off fluids, cleaning out brushes and washing equipmentRecord and report all damaged product properlyFollow good sanitation practices; keep work area clean and free of debrisReport equipment and pallet jack problems to maintenanceMake recommendations for modifications to procedures or processes impacting their work group or distribution center that will maximize efficiency, productivity, and reduce costsEnsure compliance with company standards in the areas of accuracy, safety and productivityUnderstanding of Food Safety handling techniques, practices and expectations for the work environment.Abilities & Experience:
Reach, stoop, bend and lift up to and including 60 lbs.Stand for long periods of timeWork in a warehouse environment with varying conditions (i.e. cool temperatures, concrete floors, powered industrial trucks)Meet production standards set by the companyRead and understand written and numeric product identifiersMust be able to work needed schedule to perform assigned dutiesProficient use of computer for data entry and research purposesHighly motivated, self-starter and team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple task in a fast-paced environment
