Forklift/Tugger Operator , you will be responsible for processing shippers and shipments to all external customers.

6+ months of experience operating a forklift/tugger for moving and staging materialsKnowledgeable and proficient in the Auto Release programs for shipping, and the AXD programs for the cross-dock operationsAble to read and understand work instructionsAble to write and complete required paperworkBasic math skills - add, subtract, multiply, and divideAble to communicate effectivelyTeam oriented, with the ability to problem solve and troubleshootExcellent attendance and safety recordAbility to stand, walk, vend, and twist for the majority of the shiftAbility to lift up to 50 poundsWhat You'll Do as a Forklift Operator
Perform all of the scanning of inbound and outbound shipmentsResearch errors in the process and perform the required corrections in the systemGenerate all sub route outbound requirements, assuring each trailer is loaded according to computer generated load sheets for packaging to suppliersResponsible for knowing the MAN-IT systems for the various repack operations utilized at the facilityOperate a forklift for moving and staging materials and for loading and unloading trucks/trailers as neededMaintain a tug certificationRead and function electronic device for delivery of material/packagingOperate heavy machinery in tight spacesDeliver correct material and packaging to designated locationsMaintain a full-time work statusAdhere to safety standards and work safelyPerform other tasks as assigned
