Job Description:We are seeking an Sr level Desktop Support Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing, maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems and networksInstalling software, setting up local networks and configuring hardwareIdentifying and resolving technical problemsResearching and evaluating new technologiesProviding Desktop & help desk technical supportDeveloping security systems to safeguard computer networks and systemsCreating backup and recovery plansCollaborate with teams to identify and evaluate requirements for new systems or system upgradesDevelop, install, configure, and maintain system applications and hardwareIdentify and rectify system related problemsAdminister user accounts and email addressesCreate support documents and update knowledge base materials
Qualifications:
Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, VOIPHardware and Software troubleshooting expCustomer service, problem-solving, technical aptitude, excellent communication and analytical skillsMicrosoft SQL Server,Minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experienceBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field
