Position Overview:
Become a leader within Navistars IT Organization. As a
Senior Lead Business Analyst , you will have the opportunity to drive and deliver innovative capabilities with industry-leading products. This role will provide business analysis expertise in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating business requirements. May lead cross-functional teams to address business and/or systems issues. Strong initiative to learn new systems.This role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule.Responsibilities:Perform the Lead Business Analyst role for the Source to Pay value stream across several Procurement applicationsProvide updates to IT and Business LeadershipLead project teams to ensure milestones are metWork with the business and IT team to identify, analyze, and document business requirementsDesign, implement, and support automated, reliable, and available IT solutionsDocument current business processes and analyze for opportunities to improveWork with Developers to ensure projects are on track and meet expectationsLead testing efforts including documenting Test Scenarios & Test CasesPrepare training materials and perform training for end usersMinimum Requirements:
Bachelors degreeAt least 8 years of business analyst experienceAt least 1 year of lead experienceORMasters degreeAt least 6 years of business analyst experienceAt least 1 year of lead experienceORAt least 10 years of business analyst experienceAt least 1 year of lead experienceAdditional Requirements:
