My client is looking for a full-time Salesforce Administrator to play a pivotal role in maximizing the potential of our Salesforce platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing the functionality of Salesforce through ongoing modifications, enhancements, customizations, and other initiatives. This person will work closely with our sales teams to develop KPIs and ensuring data consistency and accuracy within the system.

Job Summary

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.Advise on system best practices as the company continues to mature its configuration of the Salesforce tool. Present recommendations to leadership team.Implement and manage Salesforce customizations, including fields, workflows, validation rules, and other configuration changes.Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize Salesforce functionality and streamline processes.Provide ongoing support to sales teams, including training users, creating reports, managing the backlog, maintaining data integrity, cleaning data, troubleshooting support tickets, and resolving issues.Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and consistency across all Salesforce modules.Maintain regularly circulated reports and dashboards and ensure data quality of all supporting data through data hygiene data cleansing protocols.Be the main point of contact in onboarding new employees and leadership onto the sales platform.Qualifications:

3 - 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, analysis and reportingSalesforce Administrator CertificationKnowledge of data loader or other data transformation toolsProficient in data analysis, analytics, and tech-oriented problem-solvingExperience in training and process documentationProven ability to exercise good judgment and make day-to-day decisions with minimal supervision, escalating risks and issues where appropriateFlexibility to work outside normal business hours and travel within the US; hours may exceed 8 hours per dayAbility to demonstrate a legal right to work in the U.S.
