Job Description:Legal Operations is seeking a contract Business System Analyst to join our team. This Business System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the legal organization's various business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Legal environment, and a strong background in business systems analysis. Additionally, the candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce, Conga, CLM, and a working knowledge in Tonkean Workflow Automation, or familiarity with other workflow automation solutions.
Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.Effectively collaborate with Legal teams to translate business needs into requirements and ultimately functional deliverablesUtilize Tonkean to implement workflow automation to improve processesWork with the Business Technology organization to enact technical requirements and solutions in current systems.Author detailed documentation, including process maps, robust requirements documents, and test plansConduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation of solutionsTrain users on new processes and systemsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions

Effective in eliciting business requirements from stakeholdersStrong business case definition skillsCompetent writer of clear and concise requirementsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsInnate ability to develop effective business process flow diagramsCursory understanding of the contract lifecycleAbility to expertly and concisely communicate with business and technical teamsCore understanding of business data analytics and effective reportingStrong project management skill set
