Responsible for monitoring, triaging, resolving, escalating and communicating network incidents/outages as part of a 24x7x365.Perform third level incident outage triage, troubleshooting, and fix agent break fix actions on Cisco network infrastructure.Provide detailed documentation and summaries of incident/outage tickets.

Ability to work an extended and flexible 24x7 day and night work schedule is required.

Primary skills/experience• Network Administration• Knowledge of IP stack protocols and routing protocols

How are the primary skills/experience applied?

Remote support for network infrastructure ranging from minimal up/down to advanced level routing and switching troubleshooting on carrier grade routers/switches. Escalation to engineering teams as needed.
