Job Description:• Analyze and Document Business Requirements, AS-IS Process, TO-BE process including processflowcharts for Enhancements related existing processes.• Prepare project related documentation GAP analysis, blueprints, functional specifications,for development activities including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and formsduring different stages of a project.• Guide the business in utilizing SAP functionality to the best extent possible• Involve in review of business processes and system challenges.• Implementation of fixed asset accounting globally per regional GAAP requirements• Enabling non leading ledgers globally

Requirements:• Experience in working with SAP AP, GL, and Fixed asset modules in S4• Familiarity with ARIBA procurement and relationship with asset accounting is preferred• Hands on experience in setting up FA modules in SAP• Good Understanding for ERP system environment and how these work in alignment with business processes.• Good Knowledge and experience in working with international GL and AP rollouts.• Good Understanding of Finance and Accounting Processes and its integration with other business functions.• Ability to lead and take ownership of the work in a fast-paced environment under pressure• Experience with localization and setting up non leading ledgers in EMEA and APAC• Good understanding of SAP accrual engine functionality• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

Education/Qualifications:• Bachelor's in finance and Accounting or Information Systems with focus of Business Analysis• Demonstrates strong command of the English language both written and verbal• Excellent people skills with ability to develop and maintain professional relationships• Ability to work independently once coached through the process.
