We are currently hiring for a West Regional Sales Manager who is based in one of the following locations (ideally close to a main airport hub): Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, Washington, Nevada, or Texas.
As a Regional Sales Manager you will:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in your region.Masterful at building relationships with customers, engineers, and mechanical contractors.Introduce leading technology.In charge of growing the region from an established book of business while also winning new business.Your input will help drive new product development.Oversee our commercial businessWhy join us?

Ability to identify opportunities in the assigned region to increase salesAbility to travel throughout the assigned region to present the product solutionsExperience educating customers on value propositionExperience using a CRM (Salesforce, etc.)Experience developing sales strategies for specific marketsManage relationships with manufacturer representative firms and assist with training and product presentation meetings.Carryout meetings directly with building owners, contractors and engineersAbility to grow your own book of business while taking over a $2M business
