Job Description:Define the data requirements and structure for the application. Model and design the application data structure, storage and integration.Create custom data models for data discovery, mapping, and visualization.Work with IP21 team to get the data into CDF.Knowledge / Experience on CDFPrior Experience in ETL, SQL, PythonCustomer facing experience - Excellent / Good communication skillRoles & Responsibilities
Gathers complete and accurate information on the nature, complexity, and urgency of customer issues and accurately records all information in customer contact softwareTakes ownership of and resolves customers' product issues via telephone, email, or in-person, meeting or exceeding stated service level agreement (SLA) timeframesRegularly executes case management best practices through clear and timely documentation of customer
