Alliance ABA is a mission-based organization devoted to supporting children with Autism and ADHD in an In-Home setting. We are looking for dedicated team members to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism and ADHD in FALLS CHURCH, VA. Service hours are during weekday mornings, evenings or weekends. We offer free training to obtain your Registered Behavior Technician Certificate, a fun working environment, flexibility, high starting pay, a consistent schedule, and a hybrid orientation experience. Candidate should have at least one year of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 HOME-BASED ABA services for youth under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilitiesProvide behavior coaching to parents and support client's caregivers through a variety of methodsCollaborate with other professionals from various agencies in the community including: social services, schools, physicians, etc.Participate in training and clinical supervision that focus on integrating ABA with other effective therapeutic strategiesWork with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to maximize effectiveness of interventions as delineated in client's treatment plansImplementation of behavior treatment programs as designed by the supervising Behavior AnalystCollection of data and completion of treatment notes as requiredRequirements:
HS diploma requiredAvailability to work weekday mornings and evenings and 9a-3p on weekendsBachelor's degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education or related field preferredMinimum 1 year of experience working with children; experience working with children who have developmental disabilities/Autism preferredExperience with interventions to address maladaptive behaviorsMust have an RBT certification or pass the RBT training curriculum and exam within the first 30 days of employment
