They are seeking a Product Owner to join an Agile development team and work closely with developers, government product owners, scrum masters, and the user engagement team to ensure that stakeholders needs are properly prioritized and executed.
As the Product Owner you will:
Assist Government Product Owner in prioritization of capabilities with feedback from multiple internal and external stakeholdersCommunicate team priorities from Government Product Owner to Agile teamCommunicate customer and user needs to the development teamAuthor Acceptance Criteria, and contribute to planning, validation and demonstration of new capabilities.Communicate and coordinate with External StakeholdersAssist in the Development and Maintenance of Product RoadmapRequired Qualifications:
Top Secret or TS/SCI ClearancePrior experience with Agile Development, Scrum, and/or SAFeExcellent communication, interpersonal and mentoring skillsAbility to be effective in a rapidly changing environmentUnderstanding of all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Experience with SAFe Agile MethodologiesAgile certificationTechnical background in Software DevelopmentExperience with Cloud Computing and Hybrid On-Prem solutionsDomain experience with Document Stores and Ontology conceptsThe compensation range is $120k- $150k annual. Please note that this range is dependent on skills and experience.
