Behavior Technician
Discription:
A Behavior Technician is a highly trained behavior intervention specialist with knowledge and skills necessary to support students through the application of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The Behavior Technician provides a full range of instructional and behavioral supports, follows established protocols, and implements students' Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP). The Behavior Technician is responsible for providing ongoingfaculty/staff in-service training in consultation with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Qualifications: High school diploma, 4-years of experience working with in an ABA program, and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
