We look forward to hearing from you.**Key responsibilities**Prepare and conduct team meetings, training sessions, and other events to communicate clear goals to your team.( 5-12 employees)Aid in supervising the day to day operations of the department ensuring that customer expectations and performance metrics are met or exceeded.Train employees in all outbound functions according to Company procedures.Monitor work for outbound operations and achieve all objectives while striving to proactively communicating improvement goals.Ability to use and train on RF equipment.Experienced with excel and J.D. Edwards systems while also using a web-based reporting system.Crosstrain in all outbound processesAbility to operate Power Industrial Equipment (i.e., Order Pick, Stand-up Forklift, Reach Truck, Walkie Rider.)Supports other activities and projects as assigned by management.Keep warehouse area clean, neat and organized**Required Skills**Good communication skills with the ability to speak with individuals to clearly explain each process effectivelyPassion and commitment to the success of our team and individualsStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh degree of flexibility needed, in order to meet challenges of working in a high intensity environment with constantly changing prioritiesMust be capable of working independently and self-directed with minimal oversight from managementGood critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skillsMust be able to operate the Power Industrial Equipment as needed and maintain appropriate certification.
