** Material Handler | Light Manufacturing****Job Category****:** Ops Warehouse **Requisition Number****:** MATER02170 Showing 1 location **Job Details****Description****The Material Handler Light Manufacturing role may be responsible for:*** Rotate through the saw area, shrink tunnel area and packaging area as directed by restock manager.* The saw area would require setting up the saw to cut the correct size product needed.* Ability to use master templates to accurately cut product to door frame size.* Able to perform maintenance on saws, changing saw blades using lock out/tag out box, and cleaning dust collector systems.* Assembly of trim kits by accurately combining a right hand side with a left hand side and a head with the correct trim kit cap, running shrink tunnel wrap over the kit and sending it through the heat shrink tunnel to complete the kits.* Safely stacking trim kit product in banding carts or steel pallets.* Check product for quality and accuracy document findings.* Interact with other departments to fill orders for trim kits or to get product to build trim kits* May also assist Restock Manager in special projects or inventory control counts.* Document and perform all inventory control functions to process conversions correctly.* Able to work off a forecasting report to evaluate amounts of inventory to process.**Qualifications****Skills****Behaviors****:****Motivations****:****Education****Experience****Licenses & Certifications**
