15+ years of experience in development background on different technologies such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, JavaScript, Oracle CRM OnDemand, Java etc.Good in team and stakeholder management.Proven experience in handling a team of 50+Facilitating Scrum ceremonies for distributed teams.Lead the Sprint Vision, Sprint planning, Reviews and Sprint retrospectives.Ensuring effective CI/CD implementation.Jira Tool - Setting up and maintaining SCRUM dashboards in Jira Collected and presented weekly Scrum Metrics to management.Weekly metrics include Effort Burn-down charts, velocity charts, release plans & vision team updates.Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolutions.Allocating work, creating tasks using project management tool Jira and ensuring that all tasks are closed in a timely manner.Protect the team from Over committed of user stories and Scope Creep.Ability to engage and motivate teams towards a common goal.Interacting with team members to ensure smooth progress of project work and ensuring adherence to quality norms throughout the implementation process.
