Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator with a specialization in Salesforce Health Cloud to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and enhancement of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our healthcare organization. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and innovative solutions that enhance patient care and streamline healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:Salesforce Administration:Administer and manage the Salesforce Health Cloud environment, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data security.Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and ensure optimal performance of the Salesforce platform.Develop and implement customized solutions within Salesforce to support business requirements.

Health Cloud Expertise:Leverage Salesforce Health Cloud features to manage patient data, care plans, and health records efficiently.Implement and optimize Health Cloud modules such as care coordination, patient management, and utilization management.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA).

Configuration and Customization:Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes to meet business needs.Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Integrate Salesforce with other healthcare systems and third-party applications.

Project Management and Collaboration:Lead and participate in project planning, execution, and delivery for Salesforce-related initiatives.Collaborate with IT, clinical, and administrative teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Salesforce Health Cloud.

Troubleshooting and Support:Monitor system performance, identify issues, and provide timely resolutions to minimize disruption.Conduct regular audits, data quality checks, and implement best practices for data integrity.Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve the platform.

Qualifications:Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.

Certifications:

Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant Certification preferred.Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization.Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, data management, and regulatory compliance.Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integration tools.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:
