We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner to join our team. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You will lead the analysis and documentation of business processes, requirements, and objectives, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, analytical prowess, possess a strong blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the elicitation and documentation of detailed business requirements, ensuring they align with overall business goals.* Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.* Perform data analysis to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.* Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects business priorities and is aligned with the product strategy.* Facilitate all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives) and ensure their effectiveness.* Work with development teams to plan and prioritize releases, ensuring timely and high-quality product deliveries.* Advocate for a user-centric approach, collaborating with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and delightful user experiences.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.* Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven environment (health care experience is a plus).* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.* Analytical mindset with the ability to make informed decisions based on data and feedback.* Familiarity with product management tools and techniques.* Possess basic SQL querying skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $57.00 per hour
