CRM Manager Bighorn Law is a Personal Injury firm with 80 employees headquartered in Las Vegas, NV. The CRM Manager will be a developer who will work with administrators, developers from Filevine, and key stakeholders to keep us aligned and focused on Bighorn Law objectives. This role will have a critical impact on our business by providing input on efficient and scalable operations across Filevine. As a CRM Manager, you will lead the process of integration to an upgraded version of Filevine, which includes meeting with the internal stakeholders and data developers. This will help solve the firm’s business issues from strategy to execution. The CRM Manager will be responsible for planning, coordination, and oversight of development, releases, patches, testing, and emergency change requests. The CRM Manager will help drive the definition of processes and support automation that optimizes efficiency and quality while meeting the demands of a rapidly growing law firm. Compensation: • Health, Dental, Vision Insurance • 401k with company match • Paid Vacation as per company accrual guidelines • Paid Family Leave • Performance Bonus eligibility • Signing Bonus Responsibilities: • Support Learning & Development by training new users on how to utilize Filevine and properly enter data • Develop data entry standards to ensure that there is integrity within the database • Manage Filevine database which includes identifying duplications and incorrect data • Build solutions, system configurations, and documentation with respect to user permissions, custom objects & fields, validation rules, automation, and templates • Define and prepare KPIs and metrics that illustrate the state of the case cycles, and user activities • Manage and optimize Filevine for the evolving needs of a high-performing law firm operation • Review and plan for Filevine software update releases, and communicate the changes to internal users • Develop templates for all of the legal document generation needs of the firm • Update and audit the use of all firm-approved templates • Manage the firm's use of software and make recommendations for performance enablement • Generate CRM reports and analyze results to provide guidance on future marketing actions based on analysis • Assist with internal team members' IT needs • Oversee cyber security for law firm • Procurement for IT solutions and needs Qualifications:

Requirements

• College Degree preferred – or equal experience • Database certification - preferred • SQL certified- preferred • Experience managing a CRM system • Experience in a Business Systems role, providing hands-on recommendations for process and systems • Experience working with sandbox and production environments and managing distributions and deployment of changes • Strong knowledge of SQA and Relational Databases • Deadline Driven • Detail Orientated • Highly Organized • Great Active Listening Skills • Professional attire and demeanor Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 yearly
