Job DutiesSupport and maintain major enterprise applications, ensuring system security and managing upgrades.Design and improve business workflows to enhance operational efficiency.Perform needs assessments, software design, implementation, and support; develop testing scenarios and policies.Resolve complex issues, support inbound/outbound interfaces, and manage problem tickets.Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of IT experience in application support and
Epic certification.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred: Project management experience, healthcare setting experience.
