Role Description:
Overall ~ 7-8 Years of exp in Security Penetration testing• Understand the scope/ architecture of the target application(s) & security compliances to plan / execute penetration testing activities• Conduct tool feasibility and recommend suitable tool to conduct penetration testing of the applications• Setup (or use existing) penetration testing environment/ framework to support pen testing needs• Experience in using commercial and open-source security scanners Example: Web Inspect, Acunetix, Fortify, Checkmarx..etc• Perform penetration testing based on industry standard methodologies to identify security vulnerabilities• Analyze scan results and categorize the results based on the vulnerability type & publish security vulnerability reports• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
