This PM would be working along with Client collaborative team who will be doing the technical workday implementation.
Project Initiation• Design the detailed project plan and Project Charter factoring in contingencies, to mitigate the risk of adverse impacts on delivery timelines/go-live schedule• Create RACI and manage RAID log.• Responsible for effective coordination across teams
Project Execution and Tracking• Weekly project review meetings to review progress and implementation issues, and progress update to the Otsuka steering committee. Including scheduling design sessions, Customer Confirmation sessions, customer Verification sessions and weekly project status update meeting using Otsuka Email and meeting (MS Teams) tools.• Responsible for all meeting scheduling during the project lifecycle• Tracking and Delivery of all milestones and plan for Go-Live.• Conduct Go/No Go Meeting by creating Validation Decision Log (VDL) adhering to Otsuka's best practices and process(es)• Coordination with Collaborative Consultant for all matters pertaining to the engagement at an operational level.• SPOC for resolution of any issues and queries raised by Collaborative Consultants with Otsuka• Management of change control log and associated communication to CCB for sign off.• Manage risk, issues, actions and decision log. Escalate items that require help & support from senior stakeholders.
Change Management• Track all change management/launch activities conducted by Otsuka business stakeholders as milestones in the project plan• Change management activities and dependencies are linked with the technology deliverables• Identification of the change management activities, target audience• Management of training activities including scheduling of training sessions.
