ARES Corporation seeks a candidate to support the US Air Force's Launch and Test Range System (LTRS) Integrated Support Contract (LISC). LISC ensures mission success through responsive Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment of Space and Missile Systems. As part of this team, your work will directly support efforts to successfully launch rockets into space.

This position is located at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, FL.Essential Functions

Perform Microsoft 2003/2008/2016 systems administrator duties for a complex virtual enclave computing environmentAnalyze, log, track and resolve complex software/hardware anomalies pertaining to networking connectivity, printers, servers, and applications to meet mission needsOversee hardware/software installations and upgrades to ensure work is properly performed in accordance with company/Space Force policyOrganize, coordinate and monitor troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problems; document system events to ensure continuous functioningRecommend course of action and implement as approvedPerform system backups and standard administrator dutiesInterface with all levels of RGNext, Space Force, Department of Defense, Eastern Range customers and managementReview system logs for vulnerability optimization and suggest improvements and initiatives as appropriateConduct Information Assurance AssessmentsPerform other duties as assignedRequired Skills

Advanced experience troubleshooting problems in a large complex environmentThorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2016 systems administration and networkingThorough knowledge of the following:
