Dr. Charles R. Drew Elementary School .RESPONSIBILITIES:Ability to communicate and work effectively with principal, staff and parents.Ability and willingness to work as a team member with special education and general education staff.Excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to compromise.Good initiative, flexibility, dependability and organizational skills.Strong sense of professionalism.Strong classroom management skills.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience working with students on the elementary level.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have or be eligible for Virginia licensure.Counseling endorsement.Elementary Education endorsement.Dual endorsement in English as a Second Language and/or Special Education, or in any other content area, is preferred but not required .
