Program Test Manager
The Inv. 2.0 Test Manager will be responsible for designing, planning, leading and delivering the testing effort across the program, working closely with leadership and end users, [Vendor] and other external vendors, and support staff to ensure a timely execution of test activities. Testing will focus on system integration (some SIT/System Integration testing is expected to be completed before the arrival of the test manager), functional user acceptance, and end-to-end business flows and system usability based on the identified target state business operating model. In addition to business flows, testing scope typically entails all interfacing, data delivery services, runbooks, queries, reports, security, and control workflows.
User Acceptance Test Plan creation based on the agreed target state business operating model and agreed vendor solution design documents. Content will include: Test Phases / Definitions Testing Timeline Scope Approach Defect Management Test Management & Reporting Test script creation based on the agreed Test Plan Test file preparation as required for agreed test scripts Testing tool identification, agreement, design and implementation Test environment planning and coordination with [Vendor] and other critical third parties Test environment planning and coordination with external organizations Test coordination and communication, in particular business users who will participate in the UAT Preparation and delivery of all testing related communication testing metrics, status reporting, program communication Deliverables User Acceptance Test plan Plan will be detailed and act as an extension of the Program Test Strategy developed earlier.
