Starting wage for aMaterial Handler is $20.25 $21.25/hour.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**Responsible formaterial staging/supplying at all production areas which includeProper base materials,concentrates, and regrinds pulled for the linesCleaning and loadingof dryers for base material, concentrates and regrinds and completing the dryerlogMaintaining thematerial needs to the extrusion lines throughout the shift, in accordance withthe run sheetsWeighing boxes beforeand after production runs and adjusting inventory levels accordinglyFoils and masking aremaintained when needed on the lineConducts properinventory transfer documentation/data entry in EpicorAssists with cyclecounts for materials/production suppliesMaintains properhousekeeping and organization of the material room area (i.e. banding of boxes,lids, and skids and removing them to the proper area)Receives silomaterials properly and promptlyMaintains goodhousekeeping and safety practices at all timesAssists with extrusionchange-over tasks, as they are assigned by supervisor or extrusion operator.Covers for AssistantOperator during breaks, as neededCompletes other tasksand projects assigned by supervisor**Work Environment** This position operatesin a manufacturing environment. Tools/equipment routinely used are fork lift,computer, hand-held RF scanner, dryers, and grinders.**Position type/expected Hours of Work** This is a full timeposition, working 48 or 36 hours a week. We operate on 12-hour work crews,working the 2 2-3 schedule.
