Treatment Services Reports to:
Clinical Supervisor
Essential Job Functions:
Track and Monitor all Referral and Intakes
Adhere to agency standards of required documentation including assessments, consents, screening tools, progress notes and any additional intake documentation
Participate in staff meetings, case conferences, utilization review, staff development, clinical supervision and trainings
Assess all new admissions for Medicaid eligibility while maintaining compliance with billing targets and Medicaid documentation
Identification of any problems in daily living skills; hands on assistance and/or referral in addressing problems in daily living skills.
Liaison to community based services and groups including civic, social service government, and business organizations.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Travel may be required.

QualificationsEducational Requirements:
Clinical Licensure-LMSW
Working knowledge of various computer programs including e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows Operating System.
Experience Requirements:
Two years’ experience with individuals with mental illness, substance abuse issues and/or a history of homelessness.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
The ideal candidate will be creative, innovative, open to change and willing to contribute new ideas.
