**Warehouse Associate**Durham, NC Full Time **Summary**The Warehouse Associate will perform a variety of tasks associated with the warehouse and logistics to support the production of gene and cell therapy (allogeneic CAR T cells) products. Operations are predominantly performed within a controlled non-classified environment under Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) conditions.****Please note, Precision BioSciences mandates COVID-19 vaccination of all employees. Incumbent(s) may be expected to perform role-related duties other than those contained in this document.*Manages the storage of cGMP products under appropriate environmental conditions* Monitors/manages inventory including performing manual counts when necessary* Coordinates and performs labeling and proper storage of materials* Aids Quality Assurance in the quarantine, release and rejection of raw materials* Acquires documentation as necessary (i.e., Certificates of Analysis/Compliance, etc.) from vendors per material release requirements* Assists with Quality Control sampling of raw materials when required* Monitors warehouse freezers/refrigerators and general storage of materials* Maintains dock integrity* Orders and maintains warehouse supplies* Receives deliveries of GMP/non-GMP materials* Works collaboratively with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and other groups as required to ensure seamless procurement operations* Performs shipping/distribution of ambient and temperature-controlled materials. This includes arranging carriers, creating/obtaining shipment documentation, packing out shipments (in accordance with approved procedures where available), and ensuring that shipments are picked up by the carrier* Oversees documentation of the shipments including download of temperature monitoring information collected during the shipment* Authors and revises warehouse documentation as necessary* Assists in the resolution of warehouse deviations/non-conformances* Assists with troubleshooting processes and equipment* Ensures warehouse operations are in compliance with approved SOPs and controlled documentation* Knowledge of cGMP and other government and industry standards* Knowledge of FDA regulations* Strong work ethic and attention to detail* Working knowledge of temperature-controlled shipping and logistics* Working knowledge of Inventory Systems* Experience executing SOPs* Excellent verbal and written skills* Good self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision* Good interpersonal communication skillsEnsures all applicable regulations, guidelines, safety policies and procedures are followed**Qualifications***The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job successfully.*High school diploma and 2+ years industry experience (or equivalent) working under cGMP requirements preferably in a warehouse setting, or equivalent combination of education and experienceThis is not a fork-lift operating warehouse, as such, no fork-lift operating credentials are required**Travel Requirements**No travel is expected for this position**Location**This is an office-based position located at the MCAT facility in RTP, NC.Precision BioSciences, Inc.
