One Family.****PURPOSE STATEMENT****The Forklift Operator operates an assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner in addition to following company and warehouse GMPs.****KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES***** Maintains defensive driving* Maintains trailer clean and free of contaminants and pest* Provides a communication link between customers and staff* Assists warehouse personnel with the loading and unloading of products and operates forklifts as needed* Assists in cycle counts and inventory****KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE***** High School Diploma* 1 to 2 years of experience* **Public Safety and Security** Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.* **English Language** Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.* **Customer and Personal Service** Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
