** Canning Line - Case Packer**** Bev-Hub**** Wichita, KS****Position Summary:*** This position reports to the Production Manager and is responsible for assisting with operations of our case and carton packers* Packaging product for our valued customers in a timely manner while meeting safety and quality food codes and procedures**Essential Job Functions:*** Packaging products according to standard operating procedures* Operating the cartoner and case packer machines* Position work on the canning lines* Clearing the line of outfeed/accumulation of product* Packaging preparation work* Packaging finished product* Organizing and stacking product* Assisting with labeling and packaging product from the canning line* Ensure product is of highest standards before and after packaging* Assist with routine inspections on equipment to ensure quality* Perform tasks with focus towards organization, sanitation, and safety* Maintain clean work environment by assisting in general cleaning* Additional duties as required**Minimum Position Qualifications:*** Detail orientated person required for this position* Ability to complete tasks in timely manner* Capable of lifting 40lbs. and capable of regularly moving 150lbs by pallet jack* Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching* Must always wear personal protective equipment* Participates actively in facility safety initiatives, programs, and training sessions* Ability to work a schedule of (5) full 8-hour workdays per week, with the flexibility to occasionally work nights and weekends as needed
