** Warehouse / Material Handler****Job Category****:** Procurement & Logistics **Requisition Number****:** WAREH001228 Showing 1 location **Job Details****Description**This position is critical in maintaining inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory and all other items associated with material handling.RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:* Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.* Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.* Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.* Documents product shipment by recording units shipped and other required documentation* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.* Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.* Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.* Perform and report cycle counts* Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.* Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.* Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.* Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.* Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.* Maintains warehouse and inventory areas in a clean and organized manner.* Any other required duties as defined by their supervisor.ATTRIBUTES:* A desire to be the most efficient as possible* Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job* Self-motivated* Safety oriented* Willing to learn and grow with the company* Goal Driven* Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock* Receiving, stocking, and stacking* Pulling, packing, and loading* Good written and verbal communication skills* Strong sense of time organization and urgency* Able to work independently and within a teamPhysical Demands include, but are not limited to:* Access all areas within a site which could include heights, confined spaces, climbing ladders or stairs.* Will be working at times in office environment but mainly in a manufacturing environment.* The employee will be exposed to the following working conditions: Extreme Heat and Cold, Noise, Vibration, Oils, and Atmospheric Conditions such as Dust, Fumes, and Mineral Particles.* The employee will be required to perform the following actions (from time to time): Standing, walking, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, talking, seeing, hearing and sitting.* Ability to consistently lift over 50 pounds as needed**Qualifications****Skills****Preferred****Forklift/Lull Cert** *Some Knowledge* **Counting** *Expert* **Basic math** *Novice* **Ability to Think "On Your Feet"** *Novice* **Behaviors****:****Motivations****:****Education****Experience****Licenses & Certifications**
