The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) holds a pivotal role within our organization, providing strategic financial leadership and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will drive optimal resource utilization and contribute to decision-making for overall company growth. Financial Leadership

Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors to facilitate effective decision-making and drive company growth. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including activities such as monthly journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports. Manage cash management and bank-related transactions to maintain liquidity requirements. Monitor accounts payable and receivables to optimize working capital management. Collaborate with external service providers for tax preparation, auditing, banking, and investments. Ensure timely completion and submission of all statutory registrations and declarations to relevant authorities, with strong emphasis on IFRS 15 and VAT compliance. Financial Analysis and Reporting

Monitor and analyze the company’s financial performance, identifying potential areas for improvement and cost optimization. Review financial data to prepare accurate monthly and annual reports. Present comprehensive financial reports to the executive team, head office, and clients in a timely manner. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and legislation, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization. Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field is required. A minimum of 10 years of financial management experience. Proficiency in Excel and Word; familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is a plus. Strong knowledge of IFRS, particularly IFRS 15, audit processes, and financial regulations. Experience with VAT compliance and reporting. Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong leadership abilities, demonstrating a high degree of integrity and ethical behavior. Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree, CA, ACCA, or other financial certifications. Experience working in large regional (GCC) or international companies. Proven track record of strategic financial planning and resource optimization.
