/ Irving, TX / Columbus, OH & Chandler, AZ - Hybrid Role (3 days onsite in a week)
Tops 3 Skills:• Contact Centre Applications are Nice, Nexidia, Alvaria, Xidia, Variyant• Monitoring tools (App Dynamics, Thousand Eyes, ITRS, Splunk, Big Panda, Netcole, Ever Bridge) is a plus• 3+ years of SQL experience• Someone who has an automations mindset, some past exposure with (Shell, Bash, Python Experiences would be a plus)• Someone who has cloud certifications (Azure/GCP) would be a plus
Job Descriptions:• In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Systems Operations Engineering.• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Systems Operations Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:• 5+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.• 5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.• 4+ years Observability monitoring tools (App Dynamics, Thousand Eyes, ITRS, Splunk)• 4+ years Windows/Linux operating systems• 4+ years of application production support experience• Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills• bility to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment• bility to work effectively in a team environment• Cloud initiatives (preferably Microsoft Azure)
Desired Qualifications:• Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills• 3+ years of SQL experience• bility to manage initiatives involving process improvements
