Description Data AnalystPosition SummaryThe Data Analyst plays a critical role in supporting program management by analyzing and interpreting data to drive informed decision-making. This position collaborates with various stakeholders, including program staff, senior management, and compliance teams, to ensure data accuracy, identify trends, and improve program performance.

KEY RESPONISBILITIESProgram KPI TrackingMeet with program teams on a monthly basis to track key performance indicators (KPIs).Analyze data related to program outcomes, efficiency, and effectiveness.Provide quarterly visualizations to program management.Present data in a clear and meaningful way to facilitate decision-making.

Quality Assurance and ComplianceCollaborate with Quality Assurance/Compliance teams to review critical incidents.Ensure data compliance with organizational standards.

Grant Proposals and New ProgramsProvide data points and contribute to writing grant proposals and new program initiatives.Data AnalysisCreate and analyze data reports to track program performance.Identify trends and areas for improvement.Recommend alterations to systems and reports when necessary.Ensure alignment with organizational goals.Present data to funders and the program team.Encourage understanding and strategic planning.Promote positive outcomes based on data insights.Collect and clean program data.Maintain data accuracy and integrity.Pull reports from multiple sources.Consolidate data to propose dashboards, PowerPoint decks, and other visualizations.

Education, Experience and Skills RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., data science, statistics, business analytics).Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Salary Range$55-65KComprehensive Benefits Package offering medical/hospitalization, dental, vision.401(k) Retirement plan; generous time off benefitsCFS is an equal opportunity employer.
