Independently write SQL, gather data, analyze data, and present findings in an easily comprehensible business format.Intermediate Excel for data analysis. Ability to create PowerPoint presentationsProactive ability to find and define problems, understand business impact, identify solutions, and provide recommendationsExperienced in condensing complex information and communicating key findings and insights to business stakeholdersWhat skills/attributes are nice to have?Healthcare economics backgroundOutcomes analyticsWhitepaper experienceExperience with a visualization tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or ArcGISRussell Tobin offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.
